Dissatisfaction. Kozacky (5,200, -) untied after a week, I immediately complained and asked for a refund. After 28 days! they returned my shoes with the fact that they were stuck. After a week they were blown back, I filed again. The seller told me that it would take 4 weeks again, because my shoes will stick to the importer who has me in Slovakia. I wanted to pay my money, the salesman told me that the money would be back to me and would be split three times. I promised her that from the shoes for 5200, - I am looking for quality and service zakaznikum. She told me I bought my shoes elsewhere !!

Dissatisfaction. The Cossacks lasted for a week, then unraveled. Mrs. saleswoman in handling complaints very unpleasant. When I said that for 5000 Kc I would have liked a higher quality, I was told that I bought the shoes with a 20% discount - it will probably lower the quality of the shoe if you buy it with a discount :-) and then only last a week.

If you don't speak Czech it may be better for business. My wife with the dad was here on November 20, 2017 after 5 p.m., but the seller delivered you pretty cheeky. Obviously, you had no interest in what to sell. How could you know selling the boots in CZ na XL, L but not by number? If we don't live in CZ! Was it forbidden to look at XL shoes, even if my wife needs number 39-40? Shouldn't the shoes be on sale in summer? No matter what size? Where is it clear which size the customer can look at? You saw here that they don't want to sell it here. Then my family left CZ crowns somewhere else if it is not wanted here. You can really see that still in other countries is really professional dealings with the customer ....... Too bad
