it's not a place for English Speakers because : 1. Slovakians there speak Slovakian. 2. Czechs there speak Czech. 3. Ukrainians there speak Ukrainian. 4. Russians there speak Russian. 5. Kazakhs there speak Kazakh.

It's pricy in compare to other supermarkets.for example the exact same cheese from other supermarkets has double price in Billa. But the worst part is about the service. We used the self-service machine but it couldn't read their own product barcode so staff sent us to the cashier queue and said the machine doesnt work well so go to cashier, you can buy and pay there. We waited there 30 minutes, and even at the cashier the barcode didn't work, and the cashier throw the products somewhere and simply said you cant buy that, after making us waoting 30 mins in the long queue!!! They have products that you can't buy. And they behave like you are bothering them!

That's okay. The cashier was a bit rude. No need to speak English but at least don't be rude for thous who are trying hard to be understood.

Nice store, cheaper than all the mini markets at the wenzel plaza
