Very expensive like all mini market in Prague. A bottle of water 40CZK. Near Metro Entrance Karlovo Náměstí you can find cheapest supermarket.

If you're a tourist this place is probably best avoided. We got charged the equivalent of approximately £9 (gpb) for three beers. There are no prices on anything so it seems they just charge you what they think they can get away with.
