National Gallery Prague - Waldstein Riding School

Close to subway, cafe and facilities are adequate, the disposition ideal for exhibits. Prices are reasonable.

Very important exhibition hall of the National Gallery here in Prague. Place for temporary exhibitions. Besides that, there is a nice garden in the Wallenstein Palace nearby.

We came across this place when walking back from the castle, and strangely there is no mention of it in my guide book. It is a beautiful little park with water feature and a very peaceful atmosphere even though close to the main road. It has some very interesting sculptures set in a well thought out design. Well worth visiting and sitting in the sun shine contemplating and just passing the time of day.

Greatly formed art centre/gallery in combination with modern and old pieces and buildings. The ticket price was worth it for what we saw. 360? CZK for a family (2 adults and 1-5 child(ren) ticket and had free lockers to put our bags and wander to garden next door after the exit from gallery. Artist Josef Šima's art pieces are displayed currently, and it will be kept continued.

Excellent use of space - kindly staff - wonderful atmosphere for absorbing magnificent works of Art. Highlight of my week.
