I bought books through e-shop. When handling the return of a book, I first called the wholesale to agree on the procedure. I was told that I could return the book either by mail or at the nearest store. I decided on the store and again verified by phone that they would take the book back to me. Unfortunately at the store they told me that the "system" would not take them. So I lost an hour of time on one book and drove 50 kilometers in vain. Finally I paid 66, - CZK for postage. Well, I won't buy books through Kosmas anymore ...

Ten minutes after making an online order, when I tried to add two items to the order by phone during working hours, it was impossible to call and I was told in writing that it was not possible to add more items to the order that it was necessary to create an order new, including all charges associated with delivery. For me, the last order, never more ... on principle. Service evaluates negative.
