He charged me the same item twice, so I had to go back to the store again. And he never apologized and refunded me less amount. So I had to ask him to refund correct amount AGAIN. Why don't they just make sure?? I know they were busy, BUT I'M BUSY TOO!!! I don't want to spend the time for your mistake.

I especially admired the children books corner, very nice selection of promoted books. Staff is friendly and ready to help.

I have been here for getting a book signed by the authors. While I was waiting, I learned that all the guys there were friendly and nice. Most of the books looked quite interesting, even if I just was able to identify the topics. If my czech will become better and I will be there again I will be excited to find interesting books there.
