On January 7, I ordered four books on the e-shop, payment by bank transfer. On January 20, I still didn't get anything. So I wrote an e-mail and the next day I had this in my inbox: "Hello", I'll look for the shipment. Please be patient. Thank you for your understanding. "I thought, yes, it can happen, no one is infallible. I still had understanding. On January 25th, I quite needed the books, again I wrote an e-mail, how is it with my shipment ... The next day, 26.1. I received this: "The consignment has returned, the addressee was not found, so I am sending it again, we apologize for the delay." It was strange to me, because I didn't even have anything in my mailbox, nothing about the fact that something was stored at my post office. To make sure, I called the post office directly, they told me that no package to send back came to me in January, so it was time to think, either someone is lying to me or a dog is buried somewhere else. I didn't like it and this time I called. It was easily explained to me that they had problems with the mail (as if they could not send it from another branch ...). I was just served another sauce around, which didn't answer my questions at all. Thank God we got to send me the shipment again, and I was already 26.1. written that they sent it ... But the catch was that the books would send me only 3! They say there is interest in them. I really don't understand this action. The customer orders and pays for the books in advance, and in the end they have to come up with a delay and not all of them yet ?! And what's the excuse for being interested in them? If it's ok, I'll put it on the e-shop so that no one can order them until they have them again… In the end, I decided that I didn't want to wait any longer, so I went to the books in person that day. The books, along with two extra leaflets, were handed to me. We agreed that I didn't want the rest of the book, I wanted a refund instead. It was 120 crowns. It didn't work on the spot, so there was nothing left but to wait again. Even if I didn't get them, I would come to terms with it, it's a hundred, but even so, this wasn't normal behavior at all. The money will be sent to me next week… Money nowhere and suddenly an e-mail, completely identical to the first one that came when ordering 7.1. This time I called straight away. Until now, I had taken it somehow, but I ran out of patience, the agreement sounded clear! The lady thought that she would make me happy by sending me the remaining book… So the rest of the book is supposedly on the way. I didn't deal with it anymore and it was closed to me with the proviso that I would never see both the book and the money from them. Miraculously, the week we spoke to each other was sent by registered mail. Anyway, the book was wrapped in another leaflet and the whole thing was wrapped in plastic wrap… The corner was of course bent, but at least unlike the previous ones, the book was not dirty… However, this e-shop would not deserve a single star. If you would like to order something anyway, then definitely not by paying in advance and do not expect that the books will arrive to you in time and not at all, that they would look undamaged. . For me, the worst experience with ordering over the Internet.

About a month before the entrance exams to UPOL, I ordered model questions for this university on the e-shop. The promised delivery time of the order was about 10 working days. After three weeks of waiting for the goods, I contacted the store by phone to find out where the complication of delivering the shipment was that there was such a delay. The lady on the phone told me that she apologized, but the goods will definitely not come to my entrance exams, because they do not have it and at the time of my order they did not even have it in stock. I don't understand how a store can offer something that is not physically available and still dare not to inform the customer in advance, but be it. So we canceled the order together and the lady was given my account number, to which the amount for the goods was to be returned to me. After a month of waiting for money that I did not run out, I was forced to contact the e-shop again. The lady claimed that she could not look up the thread of my order and that it was probably deleted. Again, I provided her (this time by email) with my account number for a refund. I was told that everything would be settled in the near future. Of course it wasn't. So I called the store for the third time, but this time the superior of the mentioned lady was on vacation and the payment will be sent on Monday. It's a week after Monday and my money is still out of sight. For the fourth time, I do not intend to call the store with such a primitive request, which the lady on the phone was not able to solve within a whole two months, for me and it is a grossly unprofessional approach. Definitely not recommended. I consider having to turn to other institutions to resolve the situation. Such a scramble for a stupid two hundred :)

Insufficient preparation for the SCIO entrance exams, the course is for people who are satisfied with the Faculty of Pilsen, Olomouc or Brno, but at the Charles University, there is little preparation. No ZSV, only OSP. Refunds are conditional on 3 applications to a public university (Law and Legal Science), which you will certainly be able to get to at least one of these schools if you prepare at least a little at home. I do not recommend a 3-month course, after two weeks about 40% of people went to our course, at the end of the course we attended only about 4 people from the full class.

Quality and fast delivery. Very friendly behavior of the e-shop. Although the mistake in the order was on my side, the representation of the e-shop was very professional. Thank you and I will look forward to other goods.

In comparison with other courses, the quality of the curriculum and the lecturers (especially the lecturer Bi) is catastrophic. They do not respond to complaints or any comments, completely unprofessional. I advise all future medics to find another course (eg at MUNI), where the lecturer will actually prepare you for writing and will not discuss with you the things that are taken in primary school. If you have a problem with something, it will not answer you and the dates of the courses are constantly changing. They erase bad reviews :) you can't even get a picture of the course. I do not recommend !!
