Academic Hotel & Congress Centre

The hotel is simple and functional. Great for small to mid-size conferences. The rooms are clean with really nice bathrooms. I was in a single room and the bed was a twin-size, which I find a bit small. The staff were friendly and very customer-focused, especially the reception and the upper-level dining room.

The staff are friendly and nice. Hotel management are so flexible that we got a discounted rate +upgraded room immediately when we asked for it at reception. The lady who is taking care of breakfast is nice and hard worker, but the hotel would need to improve the service in that part. Variety and food quality can be much better.

Everything was nice but there is no kettle in the room for tea or coffee making ....There is no welcome drink for guest and there is no special discount or offers or activities for couple ....Rest all services were superb

Not to expect much. Clean rooms and bathroom furnitures are not new and close to change. The restaurant was closed and breakfast was not that good.
