First attempt to make an online appointment for a car service: they never called me back. Second attempt with the help of a czech colleague, on the phone: they begrudged to give me an appointment because I am not speaking czech. I eventually succeed into getting an appointment at 8:00 today. I was just supposed to give my car keys to someone in charge and eventually sign a couple of document. At 8:30, I was still waiting and nobody seemed to care. Because I has another appointment at 9:00 in the city center (which I warned them about), I had to leave. 3 attemps to get my car serviced by NH Car were enough: I will look for someone more professional.

This is the service branch of the car dealer with the same name. Service supplied for Skoda, Kia & Fiat vehicles. Kind people, some even English speaking, almost all Russian speaking. Obviously far from the centre but with bus public service stop not far. Interesting,in the immediate surroundings is the Strahov stadion, built during Soviet times to host the Spartakiads, Olympic games of the Soviet universe. Extremely large stadion, now in use not anymore as stadium but for several other public services.

As for the KIA service: I can only have positives - professional attitude, always a good experience with precise estimates on time and price of the repairment

very very very very bad service, when i sent my car to this garage to fix my car tire problem, all other functions are fine. but when i collected car from garage, and driving on the road, the dash board is no light. when i feedback the problem to engineer who said i shall have another order, but this problem is created by their repairing, who know they did anything in my car ? they dont want to take this obligation. this very bad service. and not professional. i will never use their service anymore.
