I believe that there are a number of satisfied clients, but from my point of view, satisfaction does not arise from a problem-free purchase process (it was fine, willingness, helpfulness, etc.), but when it is necessary to deal with situations that occur and unpredictable. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend a purchase at this business. The vehicle was advertised with equipment that it does not contain and also with a defect that I did not detect (malfunctioning wiring in the rear door - window, locking). At my request that things be put in order, I was advised to go around the junkyard to find the necessary parts there in a few hundred ... I put the vehicle in service to solve the repair and the load of 8500 CZK I transferred to Auto Bobok to pay with, that the cost of replenishing the missing equipment (navigation, bluetooth for pairing the phone) I am, ready to bear at my own expense. I was told I had been robbed, but apparently Mr. Bobok meant service, not himself. And I should have discovered the missing advertised equipment when buying the car (unfortunately yes, I was not consistent in this and did not go through all the advertised functions. I would have liked navigation, but bluetooth was my condition). They are willing to send me the missing key to the vehicle so that I really have two functional, as was advertised (handed over 2, the malfunction of the other was told to me on departure after signing the contract) and I will be compensated for the costs. At my repeated request for compensation for the costs of service, or at least a proposal for a solution, I was told that this key will be trampled ... The owner of the whole institution should wish good health, but I can not wish future happiness and success in business. Bad experience, too experience. Michal Krátký To your answer below: I bought (albeit a bazaar, but without notified defects) a vehicle whose tax to a state where it is possible to use it cost me 8,500 over the price and another approximately 7,000 would cost me to install in the vehicle accessories that were advertised that the vehicle has. When I reported this problem to you (impossibility to lock the vehicle, I didn't know about the problem of the overall wiring in the door) immediately after finding out with a question for a solution, I was asked to solve the situation myself, that I would find a solution on the scrap yards. When the car cannot be locked, it is obvious that it cannot be used without any problems. I expected you to fix the defect at your own expense, or at the expense of the owner if you are not. Then there would be no discussion about who robbed whom. I bought the vehicle without warning that I would have to head to the junkyard immediately to get the defective parts and then chase them over for someone else. You know well and photos of spare parts I emailed you that the lock was only half the problem. For the work, the service charged 2000, -. Your mention that I refused the key is untrue. You told me on the phone that if I insisted on proposing a solution for compensation for the service costs incurred, then "I'd rather step the key (or press it, I don't remember exactly). There's not much to say about how you certainly admit, my reaction was that if this is your way of solving problems, we have nothing more to talk about.You did not let me arrange a single coherent sentence I leave aside.Thank you for wishing, I also firmly believe that the vehicle will serve, that the information about the services performed is real and that no other unaware defects will manifest themselves

I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING ANY CAR AT AUTO BOBOK !! I called Auto BOBOK with a question about the history of the Škoda Octavia. The gentleman (probably the owner) arrogantly told me that he doesn't know what I want from him, that he has driven 24,000 km and that it is actually a new car so what he might be. After the lustration in Cebia, I learned that there was "total damage to the back" worth 270,000 CZK. When I called the master back, he told me that I had not asked and that he knew about it. Arrogance again. Such cars are sold here. EDIT- NEXT LIE. WITH A CLEAR CONSCIOUS, I CAN SAY THAT THE RESEARCHER'S RESPONSE UNDER THIS REVIEW IS, OF COURSE, FIVE AGAIN. OF COURSE, OF COURSE, I DIDN'T COMMUNICATE. HE TRIES THAT IT'S NOT RESPONSIBLE TO HIS REACTION, BUT ITS OWN REVIEWS CAN BE ADJUSTED FOR ME OTHER REASON NOT TO TRUST THIS BAZAAR. The best car bazaar in Prague💪🏻, an interesting offer of vehicles (LUXURY BRANDS) at interesting prices, only for people who know these cars and really know what they want (people like: is there a new battery? Why is there this, why did this light come on for me? kontrolka😅😅, they are used (luxury cars) you have to count on some service sometimes, no one can see the car, so do not deal right away 10 thousand when you don't have a new one for 4 miles, so be happy for great prices and super access👍😉seller.

Kupoval jsem Superb kombi 2017,přivedl jsem si i technika na kontrolu,která trvala 90min vč zk. jízdy. Majitel bazaru měl příjemné jednání,s kontrolou vozu žádný problém a já odjížděl spokojený. Děkuji

I first inquired about the condition of the vehicle by phone, when I arrived at the place I was not surprised - the vehicle was damaged, without equipment that is written in the advertisement on the Internet, very unprofessional approach of the seller with words but the condition seems very nice to us :) I DO NOT RECOMMEND for me
