I was looking for a car and found a good one, I bought it, I'm happy. It was fast.
Test drive one car (wanted to test a second 1 year old car, but they couldn’t get it started). Decided to buy the first car, the process took over 7 HOURS! I have bought a cars in the past this same process has taken 2 hours. If you are trading a car in they badly lowball you to see if you will take it. It takes hours to get a reasonable trade-in offer. Then, they make you go all over the dealership to meet with people and need to go back to the waiting room after you speak to each person and wait for a half hour before you can speak to the next person. No one really seemed to care about their job, they were just going through the motions. Nice people, but I will never put myself through that again.
Good communication in English. Serious attitude from dealers to customer.
Probably the best place to buy a mildly used car in the Czech Republic. Cars re in great condition and really just mildly used. One star down for their sometimes pushy sales techniques and the fact that everything takes quite long, so be prepared for 2-3 hours long visit even if you have selected a specific car.
Experts work in this company, I can recommend.
