This place It is not worth it. I bought two cars one of then, after less than 100 km running, the transmission belt was broken, it looks that it was fix it, just to get the car out of the dealer. Therefore, in the other car the battery was death after 2 days park, the windows stopped working and in the first rain the water get inside the back lights. I sold both cars after 3 months. They wanted to get both cars, almost for free. I do not recommended this place for any expat who is not am expert into mechanics. I choose it because, they could speak English and they had a lot of cars and also because, it was easy to do the paper work and insurance, within the primeses but I believe most of them are not worth the money. Locals recommend me, not to get anything from this place, it was too late. I found out this, the hard way.
Buyers, be aware before you use this establishment.
Email communication with sales simply pathetic as they do not respond to emails send. They simply ignore them, apparently on purpose.
I suggest to go elsewhere if you are buying an used vehicle in Prague.
Terrible experience from this "company". Many of the profiles that have given 5 stars to AAA Auto here I consider it is fake !! Unbelievable scams against consumers...
To resume, AAA Auto is a money-hungry company, looking to make a 101% profit and which does not care about its image or customer satisfaction.
If you're looking to buy a car, it's an amazing company with great customer service. Once you buy the car, it's worst than AliExpress. For more information, check below.
(I will add pictures of their poor attempt at hiding the scratch marks later)
Last year I was looking for a car to replace mine.
So I decided to get it from a professional to avoid issues.
After some research, AAA Auto ends up as one with a big selection of cars.
They claimed to check more than 107 car parameters and have a 12 months warranty, a week to change the car and a warranty lifetime. So I'm thinking: "What a great deal!"...
I went for an Audi A4 (2010). It's a great car and for a great price since Audi made a revised version in 2015 (lowing the value of the 2008 - 2014 versions).
I sent the request, they called me within 10min! Great customer service, they even had someone that speaks English.
The very next day, I went there with my dad, and we talked a lot with the mechanic guy. He explained "everything" wrong with the car (he even gave me his number in case of an issue). He told me about the tires having 4mm left, the timing belt to change soon, and we even tested the suspensions on the road.
So we go to the financial department, and I proceed with buying the car.
First of all, they have the financial ladies (ALL of the financial ladies) dressed in (very) short tight dresses. I guess it's a technique used to make men say yes to everything.
After signing more than 50 papers, and a hand cramp, I get out of there super happy with my used Audi A4.
A few weeks later, the car starts reporting issues. It is asking me to add oil and water coolant but also had blown speakers.
I send a message to the mechanic guy, and he was useless. He did not reply to my SMS, and after calling him, he just told me to check with the reclaim department.
Then I remembered how he stopped the radio when testing the car (probably to hide the blown speakers).
So I went there to see why the car is acting weird.
They were useless too and told me that adding additives to the engine can fix the issue. Since it wasn't that bad at the time, I just dealt with it.
Then summer comes by, and the water problem gets worse. (the water got thinner and needed to refill (1L) every 30km)
They told me to get the car reviewed by professionals, and I can send them the receipt so they can pay for it. I go to an Audi dealership, they analyze the car and say that it will cost 116.000 czk (pistons cleaning + water pump replacement), and I drop the receipt at AAA Auto.
A few days later, they inform me that they cannot pay for it, and I quote: "been informed about all these issues.".
The first thing I do is checking all the papers they gave me but couldn't find anything about it + the mechanics guy didn't tell me about these specific issues, or I wouldn't have bought the car (obviously).
So I keep digging in my emails and find an email sent by Aures Holdings (impossible to find the email if I searched for aaa auto). It contained a paper with the mechanic's guy signature and my "after signing 50 papers" tired signature (they made me sign this paper at the end after 2 hours of signing papers). It claimed that I have been informed about all the conditions of the car, which includes the oil consumption issue and the water pump issue.
I then call their "great" reclaim department, which has someone speaking English so they can explain to me the situation. (Over the last 9 months, every time I called, I was always able to be called back by the English speaking contact).
This time, I ask again for the English speaking contact, but he was "not available." or just avoiding me. So I had to explain with my basic Czech. The guy told me that they can buy the car back if I want (for 40% of the price?), and the worst part is that he was having fun telling me that.
It wasn't worth my time trying again. This company is the worst and not trustworthy. STAY AWAY!
The worst car selling on history.
Firstly they told me car was available and if I pay deposit before 10pm I would have discount, so we drove all the way in the evening. But once I got there, they said the car has been reserved.
Ok. Then today I got call from the hotline they told me come to see the car is available now. So I traveled from another side to the side of the store located. Again, they told me the car is reserved by someone else.
Only because I don’t speak Czech. The store itself and all employees are unprofessional and very against foreigner.
