Unfortunately, I really have to confirm that after the change of staff, the conduct of the service has changed a lot for the worse. I have not met such arrogant actions here for a long time. If you request an explanation of the repairs on the order, I did not receive a proper defense of the billed work (increase by more than 100% without prior consultation). When taking over the car, the head of the service, Mr. Jirků, thrust the car keys into my hand in the door and wished me good luck and that he would make a note with me that he would not take any orders from me anymore. He did not go to the car with me either. Polished handles and arrogant staff inside, this is their business card. The service was clearly in doubt but feels affected when you ask for an explanation. Never again, I prefer to go to Dresden. I do not consider arguments in response to the evaluation of the contract to be true. To write as an answer that everything went well seems false to me. If your employees cannot clearly explain the increase in the order with charged nonsense. And someone would fire me as a customer, so that's the highlight. And as a point, Mr. Jirků will tell me that you won't take any more orders as a company and write it down in your internal record. This is simply a completely unusual reaction, in addition, Mr. Jirků is the Head of Service. So I don't understand at all how such an arrogant person can take a leading position. It makes your business card !!!!
