Sorted a broken hand out pretty well! Arranged the operation and physiotherapy. Very happy with the service.

The adjustment of the insoles was not right. I went to complain and they didn´t bother to check them with me to see what was wrong and made the correction without letting me test them there. They stated that the adjustment was right an the problem was my foot and to find another solution.

In the past, great satisfaction with ORP Centrum s.r.o., I went daughter and husband, but times are changing ..... unfortunately here as well. Today a very unpleasant lady at the reception, the staff does not use hygienic gloves or paper sheets for patients (hygienic measures probably do not apply here) .... and the lymph device very noisy, after 35 minutes you feel like you need an ear :-) Service fees have also become more expensive. Damage.

ORP Prague Pod Juliskou in use for several years. I am in the care of MUDr. Scroll, a professional orthopedist with a human approach. Under his guidance, I completed the hip TEP in the Kladno hospital, where I was very satisfied. I would like to thank the entire ORP staff and the hospital in Kladno.

"Go to the emergency room with acute pain." This is the advice given to me by the receptionist when I told her I would like to be treated sooner than a month, because I am in pain. And I advise you the same.
