1 scam was enough for me from this real estate, take great care of them, never again. Totally amateur unfair behavior and big lies. Real estate agent K. Kokešová did not even know that the apartment has been in foreclosure for a month and has a lien (ie she rather did that she does not know and just lied to me), I had to figure it out myself, she would normally be able to sell me an apartment . I could have lost a lot of money. Remax didn't even comment on this. I do not recommend at all. Mr. Mgr. Ludvík Ševčík has a pleasant demeanor at the beginning, but the next meeting is completely unprofessional. He knew absolutely nothing about the apartment. When asked about the amount of the loan on the apartment, he replied that people did not care and why we needed to know. He tried to avoid most of the answers to the basic questions. I wouldn't even buy candy from this broker.
