Great and fast service. I was also charged pretty much less than expected from branded shop. The guy there really knows his job. Definitely will come back.

The service ended during 11/2020. I had several cameras there for warranty repair, it was accompanied by a return due to a replaced battery, peeled grip, etc. I had a flash there for post-warranty repair, which was of course returned without a replaced part, etc. I had minor damage to the lens mount. Mr. is a bit of a jerk, but basically the service fulfilled its function. I could imagine it better, but it doesn't matter now. The function of the authorized service for Pentax / Ricoh has been taken over by AWH ... so we'll see.

If you purchased a Pentax camera at VKFoto or another store. Advertise it in stores not directly in this service. This will save you a lot of time, discussions about the legal deadlines for complaints and save you from a lax approach in the case of resolving a complaint.

Mr. is very willing to clean the SLR done in a few hours, the price reasonable. Parking directly in front of the shop (if possible).

I own the second Pentax SLR camera, with decent accessories. As for cameras, it was always a cleaning process; the system flash was a bigger problem requiring spare parts. With all these problems, the owner of this service readily handled, so I highly recommend all owners of this brand to contact him if necessary.
