My mother died and I needed to arrange a funeral. So I turned to the Pegas funeral home in Lodžská Street in Prague 8. I want to express my admiration and thanks to the lady who took me in at that sad moment and willingly advised me and arranged everything. A lot of information was a surprise to me, such as the importance of acting quickly, especially taking the body out of the hospital within 48 hours, that I am entitled to paid leave, how many documents I need to have and what everything needs to be arranged. When we negotiated the basics and found out the price, it seemed high to me, so I postponed the final decision, but then I found out that the prices are even higher elsewhere. I had the same experience with mourning flowers. Not only was the price similar or lower than elsewhere, but the service of the flower supplier was absolutely flawless, despite the fact that the funeral took place after an extended weekend and it was necessary to communicate with the flower supplier outside working hours. The ribbons and everything I wanted were done exactly according to my wishes, despite the fact that I made mistakes there, which I subsequently corrected. In conclusion, I must also praise the on-site service in the ceremonial hall. The absolutely delicate and professional performance of the ceremony underlined my impression of the overall, perfect organization in the funeral home, so they deserve my thanks for saying a dignified farewell to our mother. Additionally, I found out that the lady in the office's name was Jana Rápová. This is especially my thanks.

After the death of my father, I decided on a funeral service to go to arrange a ceremony and my choice fell on Pegasus. This step proved to be the best solution and choice, because Mrs. J.Rápová at the branch was very nice, she acted decently and professionally with a great deal of empathy, thanks to her I better endured such an unpleasant situation as arranging a ceremony for a loved one.
