I train there since a year ago. Introductory courses are great, all the technique and different skills are explained to beginners. Different classes through the day. I train from Monday to Friday. Great vibe, and all coaches make the effort to explain in English to foreigners.

The rating is mostly for the awesome coaches and the nice and friendly atmosphere. I enjoyed the one month classes three times a week -- good to learn exercises and keep in shape. I wish the changing room was a bit more spacious and more benches and personal boxes.

It is awesome

I was in this room last year. The entire room is very dusty and, apparently, a global cleaning is done here once a year. Many horizontal bars, there are bars, free weights. In general, if it is not possible to go to another place, then this gym may not be a bad place for training
