I'm a newcomer, but even with the few lessons I walk, tremble and chant the ode. Big thanks Lucie Polesná. Great teacher with a human approach. I can only recommend her e-book Yoga for healthy back.

I like it very much. Great teachers, a beautiful environment, personal approach, everyone always friendly and willing to help and advice (no mechanics or no "pseudo-school"). I always look forward to each other. Aloha in my few months has enriched my life. Named and thanks! ;-)
