Staff is friendly and tries to help you. The facilities are dirty and without any ventilation or window. Wouldn’t recommend it, I’m sure there are better spa locations in the city less expensive. Did a massage for 30’ and the first 10’ were only the masseuse talking. Would expect more from a spa located in a 4* hotel

Was going there once per week.The steam room broke down and they are still yet to repair it 6 months later. The jacuzzi was broken last time I went in. Despite this there is no mention of it before you pay the full price for entrance.

We thought we would enjoy a wonderful evening in the hot tub and instead we had an unwashed bathtub floor wet after previous visitors dirt everywhere. The only thing that pleased us was that the receptionist was nice and smiling. I would not recommend such a whirlpool to anyone.
