Very unfriendly over phone, after asking for an appointment in the following days, the response was no and they directly hung-up... I don’t know what I said to make them be so rude and unfriendly to me.

I was with the children, the hairdresser was very nice and for a reasonable price she cut the nice children. Flexible agreement.

Catastrophe. Consultations on how my hair will be groomed, how I normally wear it, what styling I use (so that the hairdresser can use appropriate products to know how much work I really want to invest in a new hairstyle), how I take care of my hair and possibly what I do hair need ---- she wasn't, not a hint. At the same time, it is absolutely essential, it should fundamentally influence the technique of cutting and the choice of cutting, appearance. I asked in advance before ordering if he could cut his curly hair - I was told yes. However, the opposite is true, catastrophic ignorance of curly hair care. I'd start with the fact that before I got a haircut, the hairdresser soaked my hair and repeatedly straightened the comb to make it straight and cut better ... but can anyone explain to me how they can know what they do on straight wet hair? When they are normally rolled into defined curls? How does it turn out when the hair is wrapped back in the curls? He can easily slip half of the curl in this way and leave the other there and it will stick out and there will be crepe and the definition is gone - that's exactly what happened. Textured hair can no longer be textured at any cost, epilation or cutting is a total hell for curly hair, because again, a slip in the middle of the curl, she has half left, it looks weird, the hairdresser of course has no way to know it on wet hair, I have frizz and a terrible haircut that I have to wear disgustingly long before my "for volume" skewed hair grows to my maximum length. All of this would have been so excusable if they hadn't confidently told me on the phone or on the spot that he could cut curly hair. The fact that the curls are cut dry, without piercing, never epilation, is the complete basis and it is completely logical. That really pissed me off. The absence of a proper consultation is just the icing on the cake of total unprofessionalism. I'm quite educated not to persuade and not talk to people about their craft, so I only stood up a little in the hairdresser's chair and tried to gently point out to the hairdresser that my hair wasn't good for this and if she could do it a little differently, but I didn't feel that it would be heard, I was just warned that it would turn out well (which certainly did not happen). In the end, after leaving the hairdresser, I left with my hair still wet, because I didn't want to spend any extra time there (especially when the lady was trying to pull a hot hair dryer with a concentrator on me). The item on the receipt "creative cut" was unpleasantly apt, with a taste of irony. In the care of other hairdressers, all that was left was lamenting the steps that were taken on my head in this hairdressing salon. It's been half a year and the crazy "volume" space has still not grown.
