All of this would have been so excusable if they hadn't confidently told me on the phone or on the spot that he could cut curly hair. The fact that the curls are cut dry, without piercing, never epilation, is the complete basis and it is completely logical. That really pissed me off. The absence of a proper consultation is just the icing on the cake of total unprofessionalism.
