Not friendly, and over charged on battery's and services! Will never go there again!

The website claims that they are open until 17:00, in fact they have been closed since November, as the message on the door writes. I'm done with these lemplama ....

I definitely do not recommend, especially not to repair the old mechanical watch Prim !!! Their components are already rare, but still in demand, so you may find that your watch returns empty, with the words: It cannot be repaired… You do not talk to the watchmaker, everything is mediated by the saleswomen. When I went to another watchmaker, who opened the watch directly in front of me, he couldn't believe his eyes - all the components of the mechanical movement were missing for an estimated CZK 5,000. Really skilled watchmakers at Dejvická 19! For me, these are "people who misappropriate other people's things."

I had my watch repaired there, that it was sometimes delayed and they told me that they would do a complete general for 900 CZK (which exceeds the price of those watches), without water resistance, in two weeks. I left them there, I thought there was nothing I could do. Then I picked them up and within a week the tape fell apart, out of nowhere with minimal movement. I went to complain about it, and they said they were only doing general machine. That's ok, but for 900 CZK, I would expect them to put the watch in a pile. They said they would fix it for 150 CZK, in half an hour. So I disagreed. In another watchmaker, they did it for me while I was waiting. So, to sum it up, it's expensive, slow and quite annoying. I'll never go there again.
