I ordered a key insert with a security card to be made here. The employee's request was to hand in the original key and 3 copies, which I did. When picking up the new insert, it was found that the original key is lost and replaced with a copy. When I asked how to make another copy of the men without the original key next time, I was told that for such old inserts (the insert is 4 years old) the security card is no longer valid and it is possible to make the key without the card and from the copy (!!!) Audacity and irresponsibility! Here again!

As a Mail Order, I do not recommend it in any case! On Tuesday, they will gladly accept the package, but they don't bother to point out that they have a holiday by the end of the week ...! The shipment has been there unnoticed for a week ...
