Armour Exposition

This is where the tools of the trade are presented in a museum more that the actual torture chamber site. The tools there are terrifying though.

The armor exhibit is in the top of the castle wall walk. Where the guards would watch or defend the castle. That historical part was interesting. The other part, the armor was not so much. It was comprised completely of modern reproductions of armors, and they were wrong. The shaping and proportion and fabrication was all inept. If you know nothing about armour then it would be fine, but if you have knowledge of the historical pieces then you will be sorely disappointed.

Over crowded (summer time). Nice collection of Shields, Armors, Knifes, etc.. All behind glass, which weren't that clean.

I had much fun on the rack

This exhibit is on Golden Lane and is an exhibition of torture methods and armoury. There's a steep climb up some narrow staircases were there's about 6 rooms of exhibitions. Most of the collection are of a good standard, but mostly just a collection of stuff with some small explanatory labels.
