Sedlecký sad

Sedlecký sad is located on the old entrance road passing through Sedlec from Na Svahu street uphill towards Na Rybářce street. Approximately two thirds of the preserved entrance road leads through the orchard, the remaining third passes through the forest and disappears, leading to the fields in the upper part of Sedlec. Already in the aerial image from 1938, there are grown fruit plantations on both sides of the upper part of the entrance road (northwest of the defined area of ​​the current orchard). The picture from 1953 shows new planting holes and already grown orchards in the southern part of the defined area. With the following years, there was a gradual overgrowth of the valley and also its afforestation, which did not miss the orchards themselves.
