Good playground for kids

Great fun today, the snow doesn't stick much here anymore, but the snowman-pensioner went to stand on one bench by the playground;) Great weekend rest.

It can be said that this is a historical place. And it went down in history several times. Firstly, the name is the area of ​​the Interbrigade. Probably not many people now remember that people of many nationalities fought in the fight against fascism in one formation, and therefore the international brigade. Secondly, on this square, the government of Czechoslovakia erected a monument to Marshal Konev, who walks in an unbuttoned overcoat with a bouquet of lilacs in his hands. His army liberated Prague from the Nazis in May 1945. And thirdly, in 2020 modern Czech fascists and Russophobes demolished this monument. What for? For what? are they ashamed of their liberation from the Nazis? And now there is an empty pedestal in the middle of the square ...

Pleasant small park to sit with a playground. The watering can is gone, instead the homeless are starting to gather here. Too bad, but I like it here.
