It's true that prices are higher than elsewhere however the staff is always friendly, polite and willing the help. I do not mind paying a little more and save all the troubles as a non-czech speaker. I go here and I know for sure they'll solve my problem.

Visited today. Three people advance. One lady took medication for a year in advance :) ... about 15 minutes. The staff was very nice, but I found it very slow. One lady preferred to leave. Pote Pote approached the lady with a child took about 10 boxes of medicine for cassettes, etc. Visit the pharmacy, where I was picked up ordered goods took about 20 minutes. I would be served in a few seconds. I know that for this pharmacy is not .. do doctors as a modest menenrchodim, but as a medic amused me. People eat healthy, move and dress warmly and you will not need so much medicine and food supplements!
