I saw online that this store carried some shoes I was interested in buying so I decided to visit the store to purchase. It felt like I walked into a daycare. There were kids running around everywhere getting into stuff. One was outside urinating on the sidewalk by the entrance. All the product is on the walls and the chairs for sitting down and trying on the shoes is by the walls so you can't even approach to examine the product when other people are sitting in front of what you want to look at. It is a terrible store layout and the employees have no idea how to help manage the chaos. I went there intending to buy and if the store was managed properly I would have bought a pair of the shoes, but instead I left empty handed and accompanied by a headache.

This place is perfect, when you are looking for barefoot shoes... In Prague haven't found a better place to do that yet. Yes, the sortiment could be richer, but let's be thanfull for once.

I do not recommend, we bought about five shoes from them and when the master recommended the size for the daughter, which they had badly stated on the website, we wanted to return them. They did not accept the complaint because the shoes were worn outside. There was nothing for the shoes. Never. EDIT: The shoes were definitely not worn if you want to claim that my child will walk 20m and because on your recommendation he will fall and break his fingernail because her shoes are big so your shoes probably won't be very good :) They were definitely not muddy and abraded, with that I completely disagree. We didn't buy the first shoes from you, we bought about the fifth, and that's not how an unreal pigsty treats a regular customer. Disgusted and as I say never again. I will also put the shoes photographed as I brought them to you in the store so that people can see muddy and worn out according to you :) And if you want to talk about some return conditions, I can contact the CTIA stating that you are misleading the customer because you are wrong the sizes listed on the pages. Yeah, and I forgot to say the fact that the shoes were on display and the others certainly tried them too, so they weren't in 100% condition. In addition, the gentleman told me on the phone that it is possible to return the shoes, and when we arrive it is not possible?
