Today we bought shoes from Mr. and I have to thank you very much .... very kind and kind Mr. took care of me and beautiful advised me with shoes and complied and today I finally all day in shoes and legs do not hurt and I do not feel the crazy pain. I respond to the last review of Mrs. Zdenek Zdenek ... claim the supplier did not recognize as justified just on the basis of an expert opinion ... the fault was caused by the so-called halux ... yet we refunded this customer ... we did not have to ... and even so this customer has defamed us so ... unfortunately even those people are among us ... I would rather expect thanks ... I am glad this customer will not come to us anymore ...

I liked shopping at this store. They offer a wide range of Rieker brands and attractive shoes. Until I hit the faulty piece. The complaint is truly unconventional. Since more than a year has passed since the purchase, the salesman first began to explain and document me with a newspaper article that since 2014 the guarantee is only half a year. Subsequently, he tried to tell me that I had hallux and as a result, the claimed defect was created. It was undignified arguing before I made a complaint. It was an irreparable defect of the upper cracked just above the sole. Claims after 30 days were resolved by returning money. Originally, I thought I would buy the new shoes right back after writing the complaint, but today I know that I won't even buy shoe laces.

I'm really pleased with the choice of quality shoes. I bought the shoes originally for my mom but eventually I also bought for myself :)). And mainly the service really good knows about the bots everything and they can really advise. For me they have 👍
