Last year I was with this travel agency on a stay in Madeira - it was an experience, beauty, a great guide Vladka. So I didn't hesitate and booked another sightseeing trip to Sri Lanka and the Maldives, but ouha came COVID in the spring and thwarted everything. But everything turned out well in terms of refunding the paid trip. The office was very professional. Upon agreement, regarding the canceled trip, all funds returned in full in two installments. Thank you. As soon as the situation calms down, I will be happy to visit other destinations with this trip.
