Good day, I would like to thank you very much for the services of your travel agency. We appreciate that even though we could not fly to the USA in the autumn on an interesting trip proposed by you, you offered us an interesting "alternative" solution, with which we were very satisfied. By mutual agreement, we visited the Maldives, where we were extremely satisfied with the place, accommodation and services on site, as well as with the support of your travel agency. All documents, information and services were current, flawless and reliable. Especially in today's unreliable times, we were glad that he relied on you and exactly as you write: You arranged and we traveled with peace of mind. Many thanks to the whole USA team for the perfect organization and planning of our unforgettable vacation in the western USA. Everything was absolutely perfectly prepared and we could only enjoy and get to know it :) Even if we were affected by sclerosis and we forgot the clothes in the closet in the first hotel, they immediately provided us with delivery back to the CR. Although we are quite proficient planners of our own holidays, he saved us a lot of time. This way we could fully enjoy the holiday and had a lot of tips. Thank you very much for your support during the flight between NY and Orlando. We would probably have done it ourselves, but the possibility of flipping tickets at the amusement park did not occur to us at all, and it was no problem at all. And we were not sure about rebooking the car rental because they wanted us the exact time of arrival :). So if we think again in the future to go outside Europe, we will certainly turn to you.
