Krokodýlí ZOO Praha

A fairly expensive place with a bunch of animals in small pens. The place is no larger than an average apartment. The reason why I deduct 2 stars is because the little crocodile that you can take pictures with is kept in a small travel box. I think this is unacceptable and should be taken care of ASAP. I understand that the crocodiles don't move in the wild and don't need too much space, but keeping a crocodile in a small box is not okay.

I've never seen animals kept in such poor conditions. You don't put these kinds of animals in a plain tank of water or terrarium without any form of decoration, plants or ways to keep them stimulated or entertained. The place has the size of a classroom, walked out after 4 minutes having seen everything.

Quite a fun little place actually. A bit on the outskirts of the inner Prague area, it's only a couple of minutes walk away from the tram stop. It's a single, large room with crocodiles and alligators and other reptiles in which is quite an unusual find for a city centre. I wouldn't say they had large enclosures, but they were clean and well kept. And for three or four pounds as an entrance fee, it's an fun couple of hours after you've done the main touristy bits of Prague.
