Helpful staff, high amount of book. Just the prices are too high but it is in every book store nowadays.

They have moved their place inside Arkady to the first floor. The shop looks similar and it has good offer of books. I would say one of the best in Prague.

Very well assorted bookstore with one of the largest assortments of English book in Prague. Also for children and young teenagers.

Great book shop with good choice: they have lots of books in Czech and some books in English. You can also find nice stylish-looking stationery. It’s a good place to buy a small present for a colleague or acquaintance.

This bookshop has quite a good range of English books, I have bought quite a few over the years. BUT the service is appalling. Yesterday, I waited patiently with no-one else in the queue. After about 5 minutes other people joined the queue. There was only one cashier. After another 2 minutes another till was opened and the cashier pointedly asked the others BEHIND me to be served. Another example of the very poor service in Czech Republic. I worked in retail for 45 years. I will never put foot in this store again. Bad service--NO service.
