I ordered a book at Levneucebnice.cz, more precisely 8.12.2017. The website states that titles that are in stock at the supplier (which I checked perhaps 10x) and ordered by the deadline of 15.12.2017 will be sent so that they will be at home by Christmas. Unfortunately ... the company responds absolutely appalling and unprofessional! According to the e-mail, I received the e-shop only yesterday..This is 20.12.2017 ... So after some 12 days you write me an email with an apology and at the same time an excuse for the speed of delivery on holidays. In the e-mail you confirm that you send the order as soon as you have ordered the title ... More precisely this email (from yesterday) sent by Mr. Lukas Vitek ..... Now the funniest and at the same time what blatantly dialed me ... Today, 21.12.2017 at 11.00h my order was canceled in mysterious circumstances !!! Reason? I quote from the email: "We are very sorry, but unfortunately the product you ordered is dismantled." .. ..I thought someone was kidding me ... but ... What the hell are you dealing with ???? Do not get into trading with such an approach !! Just because you have an eshop does not mean that you will be fooling with people. It was supposed to be a Christmas present .. so thank you for the ruined holidays. R.Dvořák

Absolutely appalling customer experience. I never had worse. The shop does not keep the promised delivery deadlines, does not have well set up processes to process orders, does not respond to emails, does not take customer information as a priority and because they lack a workbook for a few crowns to miss an order for 4600, -. They have no information to customers about the progress of the order or any delay. After 8 days of waiting and multiple inquiries on my part, the store took my order completely phlegmatically, even when I told them (after my urges) that the missing workbook was of course canceled. Even after this communication did not respond and after 2 days wrote that they got to my email only now. Not even when I suggested that I override the order by the end of the week that I would come in person on the other side of town, even after I contacted them by e-mail and phone that I would go by them, unfortunately when I stopped there ( after 8 days and her question from the morning if they should send it to me), the lady replied that the missing workbook that had been mentioned in email communication a few days before, so that someone forgot to cancel it and therefore ordered the whole show external warehouse and I have to wait until the next Monday for shipment, and that the store do not have an order and in stock can not be picked up. A lot of nerve for the whole family, continuous shopping for a week for 3 children of what was part of the order and should have been delivered or at least sent already 4.9. (booked at night 30.8)., no communication from the shop side, I had to ask several times to give me the first time 6.9. let them know that the workbook is missing. Nowadays, great and fast service at other stores really turtle company with no interest in clients.
