Today I received a shipment where the books were not properly packed and literally stuck in a box, they didn't even put bubble wrap there so that the book would not be damaged. The result is beaten corners on books. The very next day, however, the lady from the publishing house called me with an apology and we agreed on compensation. I really appreciate the human approach, quick reactions, correction and I give 4 Stars for a personal approach

Everything after ordering from the e-shop was prepared in order, dear lady, and after a while of searching, the order was found. It's a pity that they make them such a hell with those German historical calendars with figures from the Second World War. Unnecessary support, but maybe a pretty good media campaign.
