They estimate a job then charge me 3x as much because they filled up the oil without asking at a rate of 650/liter. And acted as if they were doing me a favor.

On Friday evening, I had an accident at the Štěrboholská spojka. By chance, Mr. M.S. passed by technicians from the Auto Strž service. He stopped and helped us, all the participants in the accident, to handle this situation. His approach to us was absolutely warm and human. He stayed for about 2.5 hours until the accident was completely resolved. When he mentioned that he was from an authorized service, I decided to use the service of a repaired car. I must point out that Mr M.S. he didn't force anything. To my surprise, they took my car in the Auto Strž service for repair the following Monday at 7:00 (the service is open from 8:00). They lent me a spare car so that I could choose between different cars. At my service car, they repaired the back of the car and the brakes. Everything was done within 10 days and I was able to take over the car. I must say that I am completely satisfied with the work of this service, not only with the perfectly done work but also with the professional approach of the service employees to the clients. From my point of view, I recommend this service to other drivers as well. K.P.

A great approach to vehicle sales, the entire Auto Strž team is absolutely professional, both in terms of service and sales. Fast communication and fair prices when buying an existing vehicle. Warehouse vehicles are beautifully configured. I can only recommend !!!
