Super service, decent behavior

We left a car here (CLIO 2014) for inspection after purchase, oil change with filter and troubleshooting, why the windscreen washer reversal of the rear and front windows. Changing the oil with the filter was ok, but it unfortunately ended. The motorcycle told me that it is defective, but was not defective, because when I exchanged it for a new - doing absolutely the same. Furthermore, when I changed the washer motor, so I found that behind the front bumper are broken plastic reinforcements (probably in the past collision on the front of the car) - no one said anything from the mechanics. So paid 0.8h mechanic had to rather drink coffee than work. The only defect on the car karst was the plates before death (at that time I already had discs + plates, and therefore I exchanged them later). But the way from the service, began to brake the front right wheel, when the query if they did something with it (before the trip to the service it did not), so they said that they took off the second wheel (but there is no motor washer). They cost 2 * for changing the oil, which was the cheapest in Prague for cars. Renault. The rest of the work was pushed away, false information. Therefore, I prefer to use the service elsewhere. P.S. A few days after this experience, the lady called about how satisfied we were, where we said it, the above and got the answer - I paraphrase: "I will go to fade." She said, unfortunately we did not get feedback and we do not want anymore.
