The rudest shop I have ever been in. I asked 3 members of staff for help and they huffed and puffed and tutted then it was 18.01 and they turned the lights off and told me to leave and try tomorrow

Helpful staff, fasteners by weight, even lumber

Somebody has already mentioned it here: they sell everything for a good price, but staff really NOT friendly. Next time I will go somewhere else and gladly pay more to avoid seeing those unhappy souls.

PLUMBING area staff not helpful and not friendly at all. I really felt like I did bother the guy working there.

This is a store for dreaming. Builders, craftsmen and hobbyists can find every kind of tool, and obscure nut bolt nail or fastener here. Lots of traditional czech products with more and more Western /international products being added all the time. Only wish it had more room to expand. It could be twice as big and still grow more.
