Mrs. Regina Pulese created an amazingly human environment full of support and well-being and peace for the three little frightened grandchildren who fell on the ceremony. She helped us through the whole day without nerves, stress, she treated us very pleasantly and humanely and sensitively. Huge thanks! It couldn't be better.

Even then, I had a seriously ill father, and I knew that, unfortunately, I would soon turn to Mr. Borovička privately. And so it happened, Dad died on April 27. and Mr. Borovička and his colleague Mrs. Havlíčková took care of his last journey in a very dignified and sensitive way.
