I really love this gym. Seriously, If you want a gym where the trainers speak english and is clean and well maintained THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU. Everyone here is nice and friendly. The trainers really know what they are doing they understand how the muscle groups work together and will create a great training routine for you. They have group fitness as well as personalized training. They can also offer nutritional advice if you really want to transform your body. Great group of trainers.
