I have been registered for several years, but until now it is not clear to me how to apply discounts, even if I have vitakarta and I am logged in. Initially I was told that I could get discounts of up to 5,000 a year. So far, I have received only CZK 2,300 for the entire six-year period. I applied that last year when I thought I already knew how to do it. But now I'm looking at my credits and there's 0 at everything. I don't understand why? Yeah, there's a way to get credits, but even after I went through all my treatments and verified them, nothing changed. I go to all preventive examinations, to the dentist and also go daily for fitness. But if I want to log in, it reports an invalid combination of name and email address, so I'm not moving on. I can only call for assistance via the 840 hotline at the beginning, so I will pay for the extra call. And no explanation anywhere.
