Non-professional approach - bad experience in communication: they did not respond to the first email, then they told me on the phone that they would let me know the same day, to the second email reminding me that I was waiting for information arranged by phone call for a week. It's been twenty days since my first email and a week since I was reminded and communication is freezing. If they immediately say "we have a lot, we don't take new clients", then I will understand and look straight away. But letting me wait for them to call you when no one calls or writes is just wrong.
