The gentleman was uncomfortable on the phone, but in the store it was okay. He made me a new key and replaced the flashlight in them (Škoda Citigo 1100CZK). The remote control unlocking did not work. Which was my fault, somehow it was 'the same thing'. He also voluntarily corrected this at no extra charge. For me 100%

Willingness alone. The master should probably stop working when he doesn't like it or there are small orders for him = no business.
