I ordered two meal boxes and some part of box was missing, so i called to the restaurant and they sent me in 20 minutes next delivery guy with missing part and some extra meal. 👌 Very fast delivery and great service.
Great KFC, they messed up my order a few times but that’s okay.
To me, this is the only reliable KFC in Prague. I mostly eat chicken strips at KFC and here, the strips are large, crispy, and they are not dried out... Good job.

What you would expect from a KFC chain... and a bit less. They seem to regularly run out of chicken (not kidding), which means longer waiting times and queues... kind of loses the 'fast' in fast-food. More seatings available in the floor below but beware as they are often camped by the squatters and drunkards during later hours. I know it's a fast food chain but still, some standards should be kept.
