Pizza Hut Express ARKÁDY PANKRÁC

I made an order for pizza delivery via official website on 19.10.2020. Webside hanged after I payed for my pizza. I got a message from PayU that my money were transfered to Pizza Hut (order number is 6528e541-c9d4-4b65-a86e-447b3a7b5c43), so I decided that the order was processed successfuly. After an hour of waiting I called directly into pizzeria and they told me that my order was cancelled. I called the support, and support told me that they couldn't do refund because the order was cancelled. I've called the support several times and each time they told me the same: they couldn't do nothing with the money, the order was cancelled. I bought the pizza here multiple times before, and the pizza was really good, but after this situtation I would never buy from Pizza Hut. You've lost a good customer.

Small Pizza Hut shop. Usual Pizza Hut offer. A must though, since of the plus minus industrial pizzerias in Europe, Pizza Hut is the only one that offers, as an option, the frame of the pizza stuffed with mozzarella. Something that recalls the original pizza napoletana. A plus that cannot be neglected. Good prices. Pepsi, not Coke.

Not only the food was good, but I also got an excellent service. The staff was only one gentleman (Kubicek was in his label (2019-06-16, 14h20)) and he was very kind for me and for the person before me. Had a good English which is also a plus. It felt he liked what he was doing, which is rare to see in shopping centers.

I went today and ordered a farmer pizza but they actually prepared a different one and I payed for a different one. When I told them that I ordered another pizza, they said they are sorry but that was all. I ended up not having the pizza I wanted and paying more on top of that. Really disappointed, I wouldn't consider going there again. I tried contacting you on the website several times and it is not working.
