Antonín Dvořák Museum

Not a good museum. Too short. In and out in 30mins. A complete waste of time. Most of the info can be found online (eg. Wikipedia) Only redeeming quality was the entrance fee was cheap. But you basically get what you paid for.

Small museum about the life of this great Czech composer. Museum is located in a beautiful villa in a quiet neighbourhood of Prague, off the beaten path. Entrance was rather cheap. Lower floor showcases some personal items and photos, upper floor is a small concert hall with a small temporary exhibition. Worth the detour when visiting Prague and in need for some rest far from the maddening crowd.

A very nice little museum and a great place to visit for classical music lovers. Very informative and revealing of some of the less known facts of his life.

Small . Quiet. Ssshh. Gives a feel of what his life was like . Doesn't try to be flash just tells the story. The attraction is that it's the house.
