Had a laughable experience. I went there and showed a staff a specific picture of the item needed along with descriptions in Czech to make communication easier since I only spoke English. Was directed to another counter (who I also showed the picture to) and the staff gestured me to take a number before coming back to her. Waited for my turn only to be told that they do not have the item. What an excellent waste of time.

English speaking staff. Easy to find the medicin you need. Good location close to the Red Metro line.

Ladies at the Vydej na recept counter yesterday were extremely helpful with my e-recept on my mobile. Super service. Thanks a lot again, ladies.

Good pharmacy large and perfectly equipped.

Staff helpful, but it is impossible to call the line twice during the week .. 1x 15min and the second time 10mint. Do not call it has no price.
