Mr. Forchtner is an expert on the word taken. Not only did he solve the problem of clogged waste, but he also made recommendations on how to prevent the problem in the future and cleaned up the site after finishing work. Very good dealings with the customer. This is exactly how I imagine what a good service should look like. I warmly recommend! Edit: After 3 years, I used the services of Mr. Forchtner again when connecting the new kitchen and again complete satisfaction and professionalism.

Nice guy, explained in advance what was going to happen, and did the job exactly as he said. He broke through a piece of wall to make a door under the shower and changed the syphone. Good job, thank you. I expected to pay more, on the contrary, I was pleased with the low price. I asked about business cards and I will give them to friends when they need something ..

I have to slip. It didn't take a few days from reporting the problem to diagnostics to resolving it (replacing the pressure relief valve at the boiler), but an incredible few hours. Professional work, everything was technically very well explained to me, I got some advice and everything works perfectly. I must add that Mr Forchtner is a very pleasant person in a human way, and I am always happy to turn to him again. Thanks a lot! :)

Very fast and quality work. On Sunday our waste was clogged at the sink, on Monday afternoon we were done. Communication was fast, work was professional (I really liked that Mr. Forchtner explained to me what he was actually doing), then they cleaned up after themselves and replaced the siphon to be sure. Everything went to my maximum satisfaction, in addition, both gentlemen were very pleasant, smiling and communicative.
