There is very disagreeable service. One of serviceman accepts only Czech national clients and he behaves very disrespectfully to representatives of other nationalities. No buying here any more.

The product marked with the price of 139kč me namarkovali for 179kč. When I pointed it out, the saleswoman told me that my colleague had badly priced it on the products. Absolutely unprofessional. Does that mean she badly labeled another 350 shoe spray? Window! 🙃 Since I was making a purchase there for more than 2500kc, I would have wished at least seriousness. But I didn't see ....

Bata generally sells high-quality shoes, but has a very friendly pro-customer approach when something goes wrong. Shoes sit nicely throughout the family.
