I bought shoes here that lasted 1 month and 5 days. They were crunched. I have to say that I have never had such poor shoes on my feet. Furthermore, the communication was a terrible place instead of 30 days the settlement took over 40 days. Next, the lady at the branch told me they were sending sms when I asked and was uncomfortable. When I called there two weeks later the lady told me on the phone that my complaint was settled long ago (sms did not come) I really did not understand the system there. After I went for the money I was offered to change my shoes and I had to refuse it because I don't want shoes that lasted a month. Then the lady suggested that I could choose any shoes worth the first shoes again I had to refuse to see no reason to have poor quality shoes at home. In the end, the only positive thing was that we agreed on a refund. Ms. further warned me that the shoes were in poor condition 😂 Of course, I complained. It was also a problem that, according to Mrs. shoes smelled and told me that I had leatherette shoes washed in the water. Personally, I don't have the experience and I found it inappropriate and arrogant from this brand and in Palladium after experience with four different saleswomen I never really seriously buy anymore

I like this store and I always pick some boots here.
